Pale-breasted Thrush

Pale-breasted Thrush

Turdus leucomelas

We occasionally see the Pale-breasted Thrush at the reserve although the similar Creamy-bellied Thrush is more common.

It has a grey head, dull greyish underparts and brown wings and tail with throat streaking.

It is a largish passerine at about 20cm in length
