We're delighted to have a strong population of strange-tailed tyrants at the reserve. So much so that we've adopted these beautiful and endangered birds as the symbol of the Trust
This beautiful snake is often found around our living accomodation at Reserva Don Luis. It is long, almost a metre, narrow bodied and also harmless.
Its colours include blue, yellow and green and it wraps itself around structures. It can also flatten itself to a rectangular shape to get through small areas.
This snake is quire common in the Ibera Marshes.
